Raz-kids, Our Online Reading Program

Dear families,
The children are receiving one on one instruction about how to access their individual page in Raz-kids, our online reading program.  Donna Johnstone is helping with this.  My hope is that by next Wednesday, October 5, all students will have some level of comfort with the program.  Our whole group computer lab lesson next Wednesday will be on Raz-kids.  On Thursday, October 6, students will bring home laminated four-step directions on how to access their own Raz-kids assignments on line.  Please hold onto the directions for future use.  Thank you.   
 

Parent Volunteers

Dear families,
We are very fortunate to have two volunteers coming into the classroom beginning next week.  Sherry Bryant, Danielle's grandmother, will be coming in every Thursday from 9:30 until 11:30.  Donna Johnstone, Dalton's grandmother, will be volunteering  every Tuesday and Friday morning from 9:15 until noon.

Parent Teacher Conferences Rescheduled

Dear families,
As you know, parent teacher conferences were rescheduled to Thursday, October 27 and Friday, October 28.  I sent a rescheduled date home in your child's backpack earlier this week.  Please check to be sure that the new date is convenient for you.  Thank you.
